CadetX was founded by Kavin Muthukumar to address one of the biggest barriers facing students and graduates entering Data & AI careers:
Students can spend months learning Python, SQL, Power BI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering Tools and AI tools, yet still struggle to secure their first opportunity because employers want to see evidence of how they apply those skills in a professional environment.
CadetX was built to bridge that gap.
We allow aspiring Data & AI professionals to gain structured, project-based virtual work experience, collaborate with peers from around the world, build a portfolio of practical work, and develop the professional and analytical skills needed to move towards employment.
Today, 3000+ students are participating in CadetX programmes, alongside a growing network of corporate employers.
